Our procurement portal offers opportunities for individuals and businesses to bid on requested work projects by Cherokee Nation and Cherokee Nation Businesses. Cherokee Nation’s Tribal Employment Rights Office maintains a listing of Indian-owned businesses.  This listing is used by CNB and the Cherokee Nation Purchasing Department when letting contracts out for bid.  The TERO Ordinance allows for TERO-Certified businesses to receive preferential treatment in the bid process. If you would like to be certified as an Indian Preference firm, you may contact the TERO Office to apply.
