Haley Noe has worked for Cherokee Nation for 9 years. She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Northeastern State University. Haley is currently a Grant Management Specialist assisting Cherokee Nation departments/programs with tracking grant awards and compliance with reporting requirements. She enjoys traveling and attending concerts with her sisters.
