Any member of the public, 6 months and older, regardless of where they live, is eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Walk-ins are welcome at any of the tribe’s outpatient health centers from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Online Pharmacy Refill FAQ

Unfortunately, the answer is No. If you get a message that your prescription is too early to be filled, you will also be told on what date it can be filled. It is your responsibility to resubmit a request for that prescription on or after the date on which it can be filled.

We understand that problems may occur with the refill website and often at inconvenient times.  If you are not able to use the refill website, you may still submit refill requests by phone at 866-939-0008.  If it is after normal business hours and support staff is not available to assist, you may submit an email to our refill website team using the Contact page.  We will respond to your issue during the next business day.  Please remember that refill requests are processed during normal pharmacy hours, so you will still have an opportunity to resolve the problem and submit your refill request during the next business day.

Yes, medications can be mailed to other states.  Make sure that registration has the correct address on file for you as that is where your refills will be sent.  All address changes must be processed by the medical records or registration staff.

Cherokee Nation pharmacies are able to fill prescriptions that have been ordered by either (1) a Cherokee Nation provider at one of our health facilities or (2) an outside provider to whom our patients have been referred through contract health services.  The prescription must currently be on file at a Cherokee Nation pharmacy before it can be requested via the refill system.

You may use the refill website at any time of the day to request refills. This means 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
